Welcome to the first Quiz of the Month by the Owl Eyes Academy. We have selected a series of interesting images from a didactic point of view and we will be uploading them to our Social Media and Blog along with an educational video explaining the keys for the final diagnosis. Case summary:

Patient with long-standing iron deficiency anaemia who did not respond to treatment with oral iron. For this reason, a gastroscopy and colonoscopy were performed, where no significant findings were observed. In view of this scenario, and the persistence of anaemia, an abdominal CT scan was performed showing an intestinal invagination in the jejunum of doubtful pathological significance. It is noteworthy that the patient had no abdominal pain or elevation of acute phase reactants. It was then decided to perform a capsule endoscopy where the following image was observed:
